Hello support team. My problem is that my authenticator app records have been deleted. Because of this, when I make purchases through Epic Games, it requires my phone number verification. It asks for the authenticator app during verification, but I can't access it because the app deleted its records. Because I can't access it, I can't make purchases through Epic Games. I'm in a very difficult situation. I'm happy to receive a code in my email, etc. All I want is to shop through Epic Games. Please help. Have a good day.
