Hi, 

I bought a Razer Orochi V2 from an online store, but couldn't verify if it's authentic. Could anyone help verify?

Please find the attached photo for the S/N and P/N.

Upon checking, I can’t seem to verify the serial number in our system. Can you send me a PM after you test if the mouse is detected by Synapse?
