every time i open PC razer's software required authentification and even time i try login with username and password software turn back to authentification dialog. i just cannot logon. it starts last 1 week .

    Hey there! Sorry to hear about your Razer Synapse ongoing concern. Does logging out from Razer Synapse, restarting the PC and logging back in didn't help? Have you tried updating Razer Synapse? What's its current version? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM. Let's continue from there.
