My RZ09-03017E laptop has an issue with a bulge under the trackpad causing the case to not close properly and I hear popping sounds when it is not plugged in. I am eligible for extended warranty through my credit card (since the laptop was purchased 23 months ago) but they are asking for a repair estimate from an authorized service center before proceeding with the claim. Do you have a list of authorized service centers you could provide me with? Thank you.
