Authorized Repair Stores in Chicago for Battery Replacement (In Warranty)

Hi! I have purchased a Razer laptop in December 2019, and its battery starts to swell now. The order was in warranty. Are there any physical authorized repair stores in Chicago so that I could get the battery replaced more efficiently? I am a student at my final period and have to use the laptop daily, so the shipping choice might now work for me.

I don't think we have a repair center in Chicago, the one we have is in California, and we do not ship out replacements part for our systems. But we do offer out-of-warranty service/repair for them. Do send me the serial number of your laptop along with your mailing address if you want to give it a go. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
