Auto Power off after 1 min 2.4 GHz

Good day! Occasionally, once or twice a day, my headset will just randomly turn off if audio is paused (even for a few seconds). It doesn't announce that it's powering off or anything, it just shuts down. This has been happening for about a week or so. I changed the time out setting on the Razer Audio app to "never" so that shouldn't be what's causing the problem.
