Aux port on Dell Thunderbolt 3 dock not connecting

Hello - I just purchased the 2019 advanced razer blade 15 and everything is great except I am using a dell thunderbolt 3 dock, specifically WD19TB. All of the USB ports work fine but the speaker that I had connected through the Aux port on the dock do not function. Any suggestions on how to make this work?
