I am writing to express my deep frustration and concern regarding the ongoing issues under warranty!!!
My original laptop was sent in for repair due to a screen problem. As Razer did not have the necessary parts available, a replacement unit was sent to me. This replacement device also has severe issues – as you can see! First the screen would go black when opening browsers or applications, I returned it for repair, and I got the computer back with the exact same issue. They did exactly nothing and sent the computer back to me. This situation has been ongoing since April 29th, when I opened the first incident case, and to this day, I do not have a working laptop, which is unacceptable for a premium product under warranty. This is now the 3rd RMA, the support answers are so slow and simply copy pasted. I asked for an escalation to the supervisors and was just ignored. They also refuse to extend my guarantee for all this time I am without a laptop.
What a mediocre service.
I don’t have my laptop cause they kept it, I don’t have a replacement cause it has severe problems, and I don’t get a proper answer or a solution, what to do next? Wait for 100x slow repairs until my warranty expires?
