azer Basilisk V3 Pro has suddenly stopped working.

Hi,

My Razer Basilisk V3 Pro has suddenly stopped working. The LED lights are still on, but the mouse itself doesn’t respond.

When I connect the USB cable, the lights turn on, but the mouse still doesn’t move or respond.

 

Could you please help me figure out what might be causing this problem and how I can fix it?

How does your Basilisk V3 Pro show up in Device Manager? Could you send me a screenshot of it, along with the serial number of your mouse? That way, I can look into some possible solutions and also check the warranty status for you. Let’s go from there
