Hello everyone,
I'm having an issue with my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) and I'm hoping someone has experienced something similar.
The headset was working perfectly until it suddenly stopped during a CS2 match. There was no firmware update, power outage, system crash, or any other event that could have caused the issue.
Current symptoms:
- Bluetooth connection works normally and audio functions correctly.
- The USB dongle is detected by Windows without any issues.
- The headset and dongle no longer connect through the 2.4 GHz wireless mode.
- I have tried manually re-pairing multiple times without success.
- The issue is identical across multiple USB ports and on a different laptop.
- The headset charges normally through USB-C.
- When connected directly via USB cable, Windows does not detect the headset as an audio device.
- Razer Pairing Utility and Recovery Tool detect the dongle but do not detect the headset when it is powered on.
- I also tried switching connection modes using the EQ button. The headset announces "Wireless HyperSpeed", but nothing happens afterward and it never establishes a connection with the dongle.
At this point Bluetooth is the only connection method that works.
Dongle RC30-0453
Since both USB data communication and 2.4 GHz connectivity stopped working at the same time, while charging and Bluetooth continue to function normally, I'm wondering whether this could be a firmware issue or a hardware failure inside the headset itself.
Has anyone encountered this before or found a solution?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
