Hi,

I’ve been happily usung my blackwidowv3 tenkeyless for  quite a while now, when it suddenly became unresponsive, I’ve rebooted my computer, tried another USB port, even tried another computer but it remains black, no lights whatsoever when I turn on the system. This just suddenly happened while I was working…. what’s going on?
