Good day!



I lost the motherboard from the razer synapce 3 and the drgb ports associated with it (earlier in the first screenshot it was in the center between the LED strips). However, they work according to the latest settings. But without the possibility of further customization.



In some places in razer synapse 3, you can see that the program recognizes the motherboard(screenshots). But it is not on the drgb customization screen.



Tried a clean install with registry cleanup. Did not help.



PS: I am using a razer rgb controller
I have the same problem for like 5 last days, right after last razer synapse update. I'm using ASRock x570 Taichi Razer Edition. Razer Synapse sees the motherboard, but I cannot controll it anymore in Chroma Studio (It is just disappeared). I did bios reset, windows 10 clean reset, nothing helped. BTW I am still able to controll lighting with 'Quick effects' option
