Back Mouse button (Mouse button 5) not working on Deathadder V2

I've Tried to restart my pc hoping it would work, synapse works completely fine, and the other side button is in full function. Nothing changed, I didn't hit it or anything it just stopped working mid-game.

    Try on different PC (without synapse), and you'll know is it hardware issue (faulty MB5) or software issue on your PC.

    @Scrollz_ When did this issue start to happen? For now, follow the steps in this guide to fix your mouse. Should the problem persists, please PM me your device's serial number to look for other possible fixes. Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
