Background noise cancelling Razer Seiren x

Is there a way to turn off background noise cancelling off the microphone. When used in apps such as discord it tries to cancel background noise which causes the mic to make my keyboard keys sound extremely distorted which also affects my voice. When listening to live feed back it sounds absolutely fine. Every now and then theres also a rather loud static noise. any ideas?

Does this only happen when using Discord or does this also happen when using other communication platforms? When using Discord, have you checked the settings which have the "Noise Suppression" option that removes background noise?
