Backrest for ENKI Chair is Broken

Hi, 

I recently got a ENKI chair second hand, I noticed that the backrest was sitting at an angle. Thought it would be an easy fix so I got the chair…

 

it seems the internal frame has broken and bending it back fixes it temporarily. 
 

I was really hoping I could buy a replacement backrest and maybe even the headrest pillow…. 
 

New to the whole Razer ecosystem, not sure if it’s even possible - but would appreciate some help on the matter.

I can’t submit a ticket through support as I don’t have a serial number. It seems to have been rubbed off.
