Bad batteries in True Wireless Earbuds

I bought the Razer True Wireless Earbuds and am now having problems.  Right earbud will only charge to 30% and the left one will no longer take a charge.  When put on the charger, after knowing the barriers are dead, they show green (fully charged) very quickly.  After reading a few other posts on here I tried draining the battery to 0% and then trying to fully charge, but the earbuds will now no longer connect to the app.  I reached out to "mike.pro" (listed on the post(s) I was was reading as a person that can help) but no response.  I really like these earbuds (perfect for when I am traveling), does anyone have any advice or know of anything I can do to get these fixed?  Thank you in advance
