I purchased a 300 razer gold ecard

Plus 21.58 activation fee. I sent it to  friend as a gift. When he  went 

To redeem it ,it was already redeemed. I contacted gcsupplys

Which i bought it from they referred me to you. They wont refund my money or give me another ecard. I am senior citizen on a fixed budget. Can you help me .
