The Razer Insider doesn't have support for your preferred language. Please post your inquiry or concern in English across all boards. Try reinstalling your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:

 

1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t work, then send me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds.
