Hello, the dongel from my new Bracuda X doesn't work.



I tryed:



  • reinstalling Synapse

  • updating windows 10

  • updating usb drivers

  • changeing usb ports



  • restarting pc several times with and without the stuff above



what i will do tomorrow:



  • try it on a different computer (also windows 10)



What else can I do?

If the same issue persists on a different PC, that's highly likely a hardware problem. PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check our options in sending you a replacement dongle. Thanks!
