Barakuda X dongle not reachable

I have a Barakuda X (the version with the dongle port in the middle) that I received from the LOSTARK event in Korea, but this product is not connected to the dongle
There is a story in 2022 that if you contact the product distributor, they will replace it with a new product (event in 2022), and in this case, they will replace it with a product without a logo imprint
But I really want the LOSTARK imprinted one, so I want to use this headset
Can I buy a compatible dongle even if I connect with it or pay extra?
