I have not used my headset for a while and only maybe handful of times in the past.
Anyway lately I wanted to play Arc raiders, so I charged the headset and try to use it. The problem is the headset doesn’t show up on my PC. I only get a blue static light and I can’t hard reset or do anything with it.
Connecting to 3.5mm cable works, but I want to use wirelessly.
Seems pretty poor for a headset hardly used to just die like that. I have tried pressing power button to reset, tried to update firmware and pair using razer tool but can’t get past the pairing part where it ask to plug dongle.
what can I do? I was going to buy another new one but want to see if I can fix first.
