Barracuda dongle RC30-0378 dead

Hello!

When i try the official update :

RazerBarracudaX_0550_0552_FirmwareUpdater_v1.7.0_r4

Barracuda dongle just stop working. (Without power of during processing or unplug it)

Barracuda dongle RC30-0378 (which was with headset) recognize in Windows 11 like USBAudio 1.0, I try to use program RazerHeadsetPairingUtility_v1.11.00_r1 - didn't see the dongle.

I buy it for ps5 and now is useless.

Is there any fix ?

Or i waste my money ...
