I bought my Barracuda a little over a month ago and recently I've noticed it started to randomly disconnect even when using it. I update all my drivers and it still keeps happening, so I look at Razer support and it says it needs to update the firmware. I go through all the steps of the firmware update and it keeps crashing at around 70% completion. I don't know why, so could anyone please help?
