Barracuda headphones not connecting to Synapse 4

I bought the Razer Barracuda Mercury (not the X or the pro) and was going to enable the sound cancelling features of the microphone.

But I can’t even get into the settings since the Razer Synapse app doesn’t finish detecting them despite restarts of the app, computer and headphones. I’ve read in other threads that Synapse 4 doesn’t support them yet, but it does say that it’s backwards compatible with Synapse 3 devices? Help!

I second this, same issue I am having. Were you able to figure it out?

Razer Barracuda White (RZ04-03790200-R3M1) writes device detection in Synapse 4 and that's it. no settings, nothing.

Apparently there are some bugs in synapse 4 with products being merged over from synapse 3. I installed synapse 3 and everything is working as it should with the headset. Hopefully it gets resolved soon as synapse 4 is a much cleaner UI.
