Barracuda Mic Isnt Working

So the headset itself will connect, charge, and work with Bluetooth. The problem here is the mic which is attachable and detachable just won't work and picks up like the mic isn't even plugged in. I use this mic for my computer and Xbox, it doesn't work on either devices and won't even be picked up in the razor synapse, Pre statement this mic is only a month old so it shouldn't be having these issues already
