Barracuda Pro Game Profile cannot set, keep roll back to default

Hi, i got problem with game profile. the profile got reset after i close the tab in synapse,  close synapse (minimize to background), restart pc, change output speaker, on & off Barracuda

I understand you're having issues with your Barracuda Pro game profiles constantly reverting to default settings. Could you please tell me which version of Synapse you currently have installed? Also, please send me a PM with the serial number of your headset. Thanks!
