For a $250 headset, the performance is very lackluster. The audio quality prior to tweaks in synapse is awful, and even after the tweaks, it's not great although slightly better. Mic quality is garbage no matter what and using programs such as discord it doesn't pick up speech hardly at all, only catching every few words, sounds very muffled and far away when it does pick up.

My biggest gripe is that this headset boasts 2.4ghz connection as well as bluetooth, and both connections do allow connection to the computer, but synapse only recognizes the headset when connected through 2.4ghz using the dongle. If you switch to bluetooth connection it completely disappears from synapse, and you lose a ton of customizability and functionality offered through the program. This headset should function the same regardless of which connection preference you decide to use, especially since the dongle is such an awkward shape and often blocks several other ports, not to mention it's USB C, and most devices have 2 USB C ports to begin with.
