hey, I will be really thankful if support can answer me!
my brand new barracuda pro mic is not working. i did all the premissions and also checkedthe mute button.
checked with my phone and laptop, everything is working perfectly but mic which is not working at all.
please let me know as my product has warranty if it’s not fixable i shall return.
