Barracuda Pro – THX Spatial Audio missing on Windows 11 (Synapse 4)

Hello,

I am using a Razer Barracuda Pro with the wireless dongle on Windows 11.

When I first purchased the headset, THX Spatial Audio appeared as a separate output device in Windows. Selecting it caused audio issues, so I reinstalled Synapse 4.

After reinstalling Synapse 4:
THX Spatial Audio no longer appears as a Windows playback device
In Synapse 4, enabling THX Spatial Audio does nothing
Only the THX demo video is available

I have:
Fully reinstalled Synapse 4
Removed all Razer and THX audio drivers
Disabled Windows Sonic / other spatial audio
Tested on Windows 11 with dongle connection

This appears to be a driver or Synapse 4 regression, not a hardware issue. THX Spatial Audio is a marketed feature of Barracuda Pro, and currently it is not usable at all.

Please confirm whether:
This is a known issue
A fix is planned
Or THX Spatial Audio support has been removed for this model

Thank you.
