So I am currently searching for help, have a Barracuda X 2.4, wireless headset with a usb c dongle, connects just fine and pairs immediately every time I plug it in or turn my pc on, however recently started disconnecting and saying pairing at random times, when I unplug my dongle and reconnect it it immediately pairs back to the pc (sometimes with lower audio than before making it hard to hear), but when I'm mid game it makes it a pain trying to listen for footstep or gun audio and suddenly losing it. Doesn't show on synapse, and cant find a way to check if it needs an update, if anyone has information that can help please reply or contact me via discord @apollomocha

I understand that you are experiencing intermittent disconnection issues with your Razer Barracuda X. To help me better understand the issue, may I ask if there been any recent changes to your PC or system prior to the issue occurring, such as Windows updates, new software installed, system settings changed, or hardware changes?
 

Could you please confirm if the issue still occurs when Razer Synapse is not running in the background? You can disable Razer Synapse by following the steps on this link.


If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message along with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim.
