my dongle suddenly stopped working i.live at greece where i can buy a new one?

    I understand that your Razer Barracuda X dongle is no longer working. To help narrow down the issue, could you please confirm the following: 


    1. Is the dongle detected in Device Manager when connected to your PC?

    2. Is the headset detected in Device Manager when connected through other available connection modes?

    3. Have you tried connecting the dongle to different USB ports?

    4. Have you tested the dongle on another PC to see if the same issue occurs?

    5. Does the headset work normally through other connection mode?
