I need help with the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code for my Razer Barracuda X (2022).
When I try to request the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code, the website says that my device is a non-registered product and asks me to register it.
However, when I try to register the device, Razer says that the product has already been registered.
I have never registered this product or activated the 7.1 Surround Sound code myself.

Serial Number: AC2314D******
I am the current owner of this headset and purchased it from Shopee. I can provide proof of purchase and the full serial number privately if required.
Could you please check why this product is already registered and help me obtain the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code?
