Barracuda X (2022) Connect Issue

I bought my barracuda x 2022 version,it connects bluetooth with no issue at all but on laptop with 2.4ghz connection it always cuts of or doesnt connect.Is there a solutio?

Have you replicated the 2.4Ghz connectivity issue by pairing the headset to another computer? Also, check the following to eliminate any 2.4GHz WiFi interference:

• Change your Wi-Fi connection’s channel. (Non-overlapping channels are commonly set to 1, 6, or 11)
• Use a 5 GHz connection for your Wi-Fi.
• Use a wired connection via an Ethernet cable for your internet.
