Hi, I have a Razer Barracuda X 2022 (RZ04-04430). My dongle firmware is stuck on v1.6.0 and cannot be updated. The updater reaches 100% and says success, but after restart the dongle is still on v1.6.0. I am stuck in an infinite loop and cannot reach v2.1.1.
I have already tried: multiple USB ports, multiple PCs, running as admin, closing Synapse, and firmware updaters v1.7.0, v1.7.0_r4 and v2.1.1_r2. Nothing works.
