Barracuda x 2022 Headphones

Good afternoon. I recently purchased these headphones, they are generally excellent, but I ran into such a problem that when I shut down or restart the PC, the sound in the headphones becomes slightly quieter than usual, if I reconnect the dongle key, the sound returns to normal, tell me what the problem may be
