Barracuda x 2022 instantly powering off when connected to bluetooth

so i have 2months on this headset now, and its randomly powering off when connected to bluetooth on mobile phone ( connect - instant shutdown lol ) ( it working fine when connected to dongle on my desktop ) any idea? ​​

Thanks for alerting us about the intermittent connection you are currently having with your headset. Have you tried updating its firmware? If that didn’t work then you can send me a PM along with the serial number of your Razer Barracuda X (2022) so we can try some other workarounds.
