I used my headphones since 2022, used it on different devices but mostly on Windows PC.
It was connected through a type c to usb type a receiver - to a ugreen hub. Yesterday I replaced my monitor and connected it through the same ugreen - I know it sounds unrelated but after I connected it (although I’m not sure about the exact timing) headphones are unpaired. I checked with other devices like ipad - when i plug in type c dongle it cannot be seen in settings. What could be the problem here?
I also saw in some posts it can be connected with Bluetooth, not with a dongle. But not sure if it’s possible with this model.
Could anyone help me with this one? Thanks in advance.
