barracuda x 2022 keep on static blue

Hi, I barely used my headset Barracuda x. Upon using it last time, after turning on, it is already on static blue light without blinking blue light. The issue occurs and there was no sound on the headphone. I tried in multiple device already pc, laptop, and smartphone still no sound from the headphone.

Oh no! It seems like a hardware issue to me. If you purchase it from Razer, please send me a PM, including the headset's serial number, so I can provide a model-specific recommendation and help you kick-start a support ticket. Otherwise, please contact your reseller to get a faster replacement.
