Barracuda X 2022 mic not working

Barracuda X 2022 mic not working at all even I have tried with multiple devices still won't work. I need help with my Barracuda X 2022 Headphones. Firmware is updated and I have done all the troubleshooting. Even I have done RMA got the new one still facing the same issue with Barracuda X 2022 headphones. There is some firmware issue with all these Barracuda X 2022 headphones. Please fix it.

i have the same problem,the mic is not working on any device at all,and it's really frustrating.

I don’t know if it’s the case for you, but i solved my problem but fitting the microphone correctly…

It has a unique way to be placed and it has to be pushed firmly to start working.
