Barracuda X 2022 no audio on bluetooth and green light

So today I plugged my Barracuda X (2022) into my pc using the provided cable

 

After a pc crash I unplugged them and turned them on to connect to my phone using Bluetooth

 

The usual blue light was green and I couldn't hear any audio even after turning up the sound and using the volume wheel

 

When plugging back into my pc using the 3.5mm cable it was working fine

 

No resets have helped the green light is still there and I can't hear anything in bluetooth

 

The light usually turns green at the start goes blue flashes and goes green again

Solved:Turns out you need to in a specific order reset by holding down the button till it goes purple, remove the old pairing then scan and hold down till it turns blue and flashes
