Barracuda X (2022) not joining to Iphone app (Razer Audio)

Hello guys!

A few days ago, I purchased the 2022 version of the Barracuda X headset. I registered the headphones on Razer's website and received the activation code for the 7.1 software. It works perfectly; however, the software does not include an equalizer. After doing some research, I found out that the Razer Audio app for iPhone offers more customization options for the headset. I downloaded the app, but it doesn’t detect the headphones. The headset works flawlessly with my phone via Bluetooth. I tried disconnecting, forgetting, and reconnecting the device, but nothing seems to work.

Any suggestion?
