I recently bought Razer Barracuda x (2022) I tried first to connect it to my phone using bluetooth and installed the app but I can’t see it on the app, tried to connect the dongle to the phone and still couldn’t see it.
Connected the dongle to my PC as I saw that it might need to get firmware update. I connected it to my PC, it showed up as USBAudio1.0
Opened the firmware update and it stuck on the first page and update button is grayed out.
I can hear everything but I can’t get to the settings on my phone through the app, and from the PC I can’t get the 7.1 surronded audio to run

Thanks for alerting us about this. Try to update your headset’s firmware by clicking here. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
