Barracuda x 2022 wireless microphone not working

I´ve seen this issue in many threads and the same happens to me. Whenever i connect the headset with or without the dongle, the wireless mic doesn´t work, it only works with the 3.5 jack or wirlessly with the detachable mic. Hope y’all can help. <3

Thanks for alerting us about this. Try to update your headset’s firmware. You can also reinstall its drivers. If that didn’t work, then drop me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
