Hey!
I was gifted the Barracuda X for Christmas and the packaging has since been disposed of. I only now discovering & trying to register to receive the 7.1 activation code however can only find the S/N on my device.
Could someone help me with where i'd find the Product number as this is also listed as a requirement?

Hey!
I managed to resolve as I was specifically missing the 'product number' (serial number was on device, both are required to redeem online activation code);
head to this link (it's frustratingly hidden and took me a lot of digging) Razer Online Services Surround Sound (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/self-help/surround-sound/search)
Pop in your serial number (all that's needed) and it'll display full device details. There's no need to click the "submit" button at the bottom yet as it'll throw an error, you can now return and register your device through the normal channels onto your account THEN once that's done feel free to hit that submit and grab your code!
If you need me to help walk you through it any more let me know and i'm sure i'll respond quicker that Razer. 😂

i dont even have the sn i lost the box is there any way to get my sn anywhere else ?
