Barracuda X, brand new, makes a crackle noise when sound finishes playing

alongside that, a lot of random things on the pc that dont make sounds will cause it to do this crackle, and sometimes, like in the title screen music for The Binding of Isaac, it feels like theres a slight beeping noise in the back of the stereo 192.168.1.254.
