Hi i received the Barracuda x chroma headset for christmas and i have connected it to my pc and to synapse.
however even tho my headset is appearing in synapse and is currently on, synapse is detecting it as “switched off”, and i haven’t been able to solve this, how can i solve this so i can customise the chroma effects to match the rest of my devices?
