I bought Barracuda X Chroma headset at December fifth, but i can’t turn it off. I press the power button 2 seconds
It used to say “power off” then turn off. But it will turn on again by no reason.
In addition, I do install Razer Synapse 4 for my headset.
I have this exact same issue. sometimes the “power off” sound will stuck and the headset come with red indicator. after few second the headset will auto turn on with no reason. Can someone advise on this issue?
hey i just had this issue today and i opened my headset and figured out that the power key itself has issues i used multimeter and found out the the key is not normal i had exact same problem that you have and i changed it it was hard and i had 1 switch like the one used for power key , after change it works perfectly without issue. give it to someone to cgange that for you hope this helps you ^_^
