Barracuda X Chroma Crackling sound

I recently received a new Barracuda X Chroma headset at the beginning of september, headset worked fine for a while but then randomly it started crackling and popping, constantly, doesnt matter what I do. I tried different cables, different usb ports, tried different combinations of new cables with the usb-c adapter, I tried moving the dongle further away from my other wireless receivers, it does it all the time and its infuriating. I dont know if this headset is defective or what, I tried updating the firmware, I updated synapse, I even tried running it without synapse and uninstalled it. Still does it no matter what, and I am at the point where Id rather just buy a different headset than deal with this anymore. If anyone knows what the hell is going on with this id love some advice, and yes it does it on another PC, doesnt matter what PC its connected to, the only time I can get it to work without the crackling and popping is when its connected to bluetooth on my phone. Then it works great and crystal clear. That is all the testing and work I have done the past week with this, can I get anyone to please advise me on this.
