Is there any problem if I use the headphones in dongle mode while charging them, or will it damage the battery?

I don't recommend using your headphones while charging. Continuously using them during charging can put extra strain on the battery and may shorten its lifespan over time. It's best to let your headphones fully charge, and then you can enjoy using them.
