Barracuda X connect issue

I bought a Barracuda X ( not 2022 model) before 2022. I thought this model did not support Bluetooth, but it connected to my laptop (Galaxy Book 3 Pro) via Bluetooth. Since I connected it that way, the 2.4 GHz dongle connection on my desktop PC is no longer working. The Barracuda X is detected in my desktop's sound settings, volume mixer, etc., but the headset only flashes a blue light and won't pair. The triple-click on the power button to swap modes is also not working. What is the problem?"

Try to update your headset’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds that we can attempt. Looking forward to your response!
